Check out this new 7 story, 900' long snow tubing attraction in North West Pennsylvania. AvalancheXpress in Meadville, PA on the Whispering Pines golf course (in the winter, of course) has state of the art snow making equipment to ensure that snow tubing will occur, whether it is snowing or not!
